MEXICAN CAKE 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour

Mix together and pour in ungreased large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
