HOT TURKEY BEAN SALAD 
11 c. diced cooked turkey
5 c. thinly sliced celery
3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drain
10 oz. sharp American cheese
4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 boiled eggs, chopped
6 oz. potato chips, crushed
1 c. slivered almonds

Combine turkey, celery, beans and cheese (shredded). Blend together mayonnaise, pickle relish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to turkey mixture. Blend lightly. Add eggs. Turn into 13x9x2 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
