MOM'S BAKED BEANS 
1/4 c. onion, diced
2 c. pork and beans
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 sm. bottle hot or tangy catsup
1/4 c. dill pickle juice
1/4 lb. bacon, diced and fried

In large frying pan fry bacon. Remove from skillet and add onion. Cook until transparent. Add beans, brown sugar, catsup, bacon, pickle juice and place in roaster pan. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
