MEXICAN LUNCHEON 
1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green pepper
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Brown sausage, onion, and green pepper. Add macaroni, tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
