ZIPPY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. uncooked macaroni
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook meat until brown. Drain off fat. Cook macaroni as directed and drain. In an ungreased 1-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except potato chips. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with potato chips. Bake 5 minutes longer.
