REFRIGERATOR YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
2 beaten eggs
3 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
7-8 c. plain flour

Add sugar, salt and shortening to 2 cups boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. Add eggs. Add yeast in water. Gradually add flour, stirring in after each addition. Grease top of dough. Store in Tupperware bowl in refrigerator for up to 7 or 8 days.

When ready to use, shape into desired shape, clover leaf, Parkerhouse, etc. Let rise. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
