TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 to 6 corn tortillas
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can sliced olives
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Grease 2 1/2 quart size casserole. Fry beef with chili powder until cooked. Dunk each tortilla in enchilada sauce. Layer into the casserole: tortilla, meat, corn, olives, onion and cheese. Pour leftover sauce over all. End with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
