CABBAGE DISH 
Cabbage (approx. 1/2 head), diced & blanched
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to whole can of milk (use can from soup to measure)
Salt and pepper
1 (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can French fried onions

Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Stir to toss. Layer cheese and French fried onions over cabbage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until starts to bubble, remove foil. Bake uncovered additional 10 to 15 minutes.
