PINEAPPLE TARTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 jar pineapple preserves
Powdered sugar (optional)

Mix cream cheese and butter together. Add salt and flour. Make into 12 balls. Place in refrigerator overnight to harden. Roll into 4" squares. Place small dessert spoonful of pineapple preserve on squares. Fold over and pinch crust. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
