SUGAR - FREE GLAZED FRUIT 
2 cans peaches in own juice
1 can mandarin oranges in own juice
1 can pineapple in own juice
Bananas

Drain fruit. Save juice. Mix 1 1/2 cups juice (do not use mandarin orange, unless needed) with 1 small package vanilla sugar-free cook pudding, 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Cook until clear and thick. Let cool. Pour over fruit. May use other combinations of canned fruit.
