4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
8 oz. carton sour cream
2-3 tbsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tsp. Equal for Recipes or Equal (15-18 pkg.)

Mix all ingredients and pour into spring form pan.

Bake at 275°F for 45 minutes.
