TUNA POT PIE 
2 can (6 oz each) low-sodium white chunk tuna, drained
1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
1-10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
5 sections reduced fat refrigerator biscuit dough
1 tbsp sodium free herb seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°FF. In a bowl, mix the tuna, soup, vegetables and seasoning together. Dump the whole mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with pieces of the biscuit dough.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Serves 4.
