STUFFED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. canned milk
1 c. stuffing (use pkg. instructions)
1 can golden mushroom soup or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper

Mix meat, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Flatten into patties. Spoon over stuffing and fold into a ball. Place in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or microwave for 6 minutes. Drain grease. Mix soup and 1/3 cup milk and cover meatballs. Continue baking for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
