CINDY'S EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bulk sausage, browned & drained, cool
8 eggs, well beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
8 slices bread, crumbled
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix eggs, milk, bread and 3/4 of the cheese. Add egg mixture to sausage. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be frozen and reheated.
