TORTILLA SOUP 
1 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned and shredded
1 can chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
3 pressed garlic cloves
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 c. frozen corn kernels
1 can rinsed black beans
2 tbsp. half and half
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded cheese
tortilla chips

Mix broth from boiled chicken with canned chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin and red pepper. Bring to boil.

Reduce heat. Add shredded chicken, corn, black beans, half and half, and green onion. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, cheese and green onions.
