SPITTED LEG OF LAMB | |
1 leg of lamb, weighing 6-7 lbs. Barbeque sauce Wipe leg of lamb with damp paper toweling. Center the lamb on spit, following manufacturer's directions. Place spit in position over medium coals. Brush barbeque sauce over meat. Start rotisserie. Roast 2 hours and 45 minutes, basting frequently with remaining sauce, for medium rare meat. |
