BREADED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Thyme seasoning
Salt & pepper
Flour
Crushed cracker crumbs
Beaten egg(s)
Crisco shortening

Rub into both sides of pork chops a generous amount of thyme. Pound flour into chops with meat mallet. Dip in beaten eggs and then dip in cracker crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper. Press on crumbs.

Fry in shortening until crisp. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water, cover and lower heat. Cook 1/2 hour.
