PORK CHOP BREADING 
1 c. cornmeal mix (not plain cornmeal)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients and coat pork chops. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness of meat. Will coat approximately 8 chops.
