My sister Linda tells how she only got the bones to chew on when she was little. I took care of that! Everyone gets meat here! Butter fly cut pork chops. Dip pork chops in beaten egg then knead into saltine crackers. Brown in oil (a little butter). Bake in slow 325 to 350 degree oven for almost 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and milk gravy made from drippings. Oh, put a little water in bottom of pan and cover with foil. |
