BREADED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. milk
4 (1/2-3/4 inch) pork chops

Mix dry ingredients. Dip chops in milk, shake each in coating mix, coating both sides. Bake on rack in shallow roasting pan at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until brown.
