TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS | |
3 pkgs. cut up chicken wings 1 c. soy sauce or 3/4 c. soy sauce + 1/4 c. sherry 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger 2 or 3 cloves garlic Mix sauce ingredients (soy, sugar, ginger and garlic). In large baking pan spread chicken in one layer over sauce. Make sure both sides get coated. Bake at 350 degrees, turning each piece every 20-30 minutes until sauce is sticky and coats wings - approximately 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. |
