SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger (cheapest)
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Morton's tenderquick salt (do not substitute salt)

Combine above and mix well. Shape into 2 rolls 2 inches in diameter, wrap in foil. Poke holes in bottom of foil with toothpick. Pour 1/2 inch of water in broiler pan, place meat in foil on rack. Bake for 90 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
