GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. thin sliced round steak
1/4 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. onion, sliced thin
2 green peppers, stripped
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown meat in oil, salt and pepper. Add onion and green pepper and beef bouillon. Cover and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add cornstarch and water and soy sauce to meat and vegetable mixture until gravy is thick. Extra water may be needed. Serve over rice. HINT: Have meat half frozen before cutting into strips.
