GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
2 lg. green peppers
2 lg. tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Slice steak thin at an angle. Slice thin, peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Flour the steak and brown in 2 tablespoons oil with garlic (diced). Add tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Add water (thickened with cornstarch). Add to above ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer at least 1/2 hour. Serve over rice.
