ERIC'S SELDOM FAIL FUDGE 
3 cups Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract

Melt chocolate chips, milk, and salt in a saucepan slowly over low heat. Remove from heat, and stir in nuts and vanilla.

Spread into a 9x9" pan lined with wax paper. Chill until firm (about two hours).

Turn onto cutting board and cut into one inch cubes. Refrigerate uneaten portions, if any.

A M A Z I N G!!!This is by far the best fudge I have made & I have tried many recipes. This is the closest fudge to the traditional boiling of sugar & milk fudge of yesterday. This fudge sets up so firm and is soooo delicious. This will be the only one I make from now on-Thank you Eric Fleming!
