TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 pkg. taco season mix
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 pepper
Carrots
Radishes
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 bag shredded cheese
1 bag Doritos Nacho chips

In fry pan brown hamburg, then drain. Add taco season mix, kidney bean, mushrooms; simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cool for about 10 minutes.

In large bowl chop lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pepper, radishes. Grate carrots; add crushed chips and cheese. Add Catalina dressing. Add hamburg mixture to large bowl.
