BEANS AND RICE 
2 lb. beef cubes
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 lb. greens beans (end cut only)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. oil
water
2 c. rice

Brown cubes in oil and garlic. Add beans and tomato paste and fill with just enough water to cover vegetables and cook slow 2 to 3 hours and serve over rice (prepared per box instructions).
