UNAMERICAN ITALIAN PASTA 
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1/3 c. excellent olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1 sm. onion
1 lb. pasta

Grate onion coarsely into skillet with oil. Chop garlic and parsley together. Saute on high heat 2 minutes. Add tomatoes one at a time from can. (Do not add canned juices). Break up tomatoes to mix in and to release seeds and juices from tomatoes. Heat about 4 minutes. Turn off heat.

Cook pasta two minutes less than package directions. Drain. Return to pan and add tomato mixture. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve piping hot.
