ITALIAN PASTA AND SPINACH
CASSEROLE
 
8 oz. uncooked dried spaghetti
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. light sour cream
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. spaghetti sauce

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in large bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce; stir in spaghetti. Place spaghetti mixture in 9x13 inch pan baking dish; pour spaghetti sauce over entire surface. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high until heated through, 9-11 minutes. 12 servings.

CONVENTIONAL DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare casseroles as directed above except do not cover with plastic wrap. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
