CHOCOLATE PHILLY FUDGE 
6 level tbsp. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
Dash of salt
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream the cream cheese in a bowl until soft and smooth. Slowly blend in sugar. Add melted chocolate, mix well. Add vanilla, salt and pecans. Mix well. Press into a well-greased shallow pan. Place in refrigerator until firm, 15 minutes. Cut into squares.

For soft fudge, blend in 1 teaspoon cream.
