BEEF & CHEESE FOLDOVERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. barbeque sauce
2 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
6 slices cheese
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Brown meat and drain. Stir in barbeque sauce. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Firmly press edges and perforations together. Spread meat mixture lengthwise on dough within 1 inch of sides. Top meat with cheese and seeds. Fold ends up over mixture and pinch edges closed. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
