BEEF AND CHEESE FOLDOVER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. Kraft BBQ sauce
6 slices American cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
2 tsp. sesame seeds

Brown meat and onion - drain - stir in BBQ sauce and set aside.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides; firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Pat to form 15x13 inch rectangle.

Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 inch wide strip, down center of dough to within 1 inch of ends. Top meat with cheese slices. Fold shorter sides of dough 1 inch over filling. Bring long sides of dough rectangle over filling overlapping edges; pinch edge to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
