CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. wild rice plus seasoning (I use box of UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice with seasoning (6 ounces)
6 chicken breasts - or could use whole chicken
1 can onion soup clear - French
1 can cream of chicken soup OR 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan, add rice and seasoning, pour onion soup over and lay chicken on top. Mix chicken soup and water and pour over top of chicken. Cover tightly, bake 2 hour at 350 degrees.
