EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice mix, original recipe
1 box Birds Eye frozen Japanese vegetables with seasonings
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
4 chicken breasts, skinned

Mix rice and seasonings with soup and water. Add Japanese vegetables and seasonings. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased rectangular casserole dish. Top with skinned chicken breasts. Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4.
