EASY GLUTEN FREE CHICKEN FRIED
STEAK
 
1 cup gluten free rice flour
3 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. McCormicks spaghetti sauce (located near taco seasoning in store)
1 cup whole milk
1 egg
1/8 cup grape seed oil
1 large plastic storage bag (gallon size)
4 cubed steaks, not to tenderized

Mix dry ingredients in the gallon storage bag, close tight and shake well to mix.

In a medium bowl mix egg and milk.

Heat grape seed oil in a skillet. Dip steak into egg and milk mixture, then into the bag of dry ingredients and shake.

Fry in the hot oil.

This also makes a delicious sandwich, with hamburger bun, mayo, tomato and lettuce.
