MOSTACCIOLI OR RIGATONI AND
SAUSAGE BAKE
 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Mostaccioli or Rigatoni, cooked and drained
1/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, drain. Add sauce, Mostaccioli or Rigatoni and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Put in baking dish; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated.

FOR MICROWAVE: Brown sausage, drain. Add sauce, Mostaccioli or Rigatoni, and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 4 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Microwave 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

NOTE: I used sausage meat, if using sausage in casing, cut in 1/4-inch diagonal slices before browning.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
