2 pkg. lemon or orange Jello, sm. boxes 2 c. boiling water 2 c. 7-Up 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 lg. bananas, sliced thin Dissolve Jello in water, add 7-Up slowly and chill until partly set. Add drained pineapples, marshmallow, and bananas. Pour in dish and chill until firm. FROSTING: 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. pineapple juice 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. whipped cream 2 tbsp. cornstarch Combine sugar and starch in saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Chill then stir in whipped cream and pour over Jello. Chill and serve. |
