OVEN BAKED CHICKEN KIEV 
3/4 c. lemon pepper butter
6 lg. whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned (3 lb.)
1 egg
All-purpose flour
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp. lemon pepper butter

Shape the 3/4 cup lemon butter into 6 sticks; freeze firm. Place 1 chicken breast at a time between pieces of waxed paper; pound to flatten. Sprinkle a little salt. Place 1 stick butter on each breast. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
