BAKED HASH BROWNS 
8 oz. Cheddar cheese or Cheez Whiz
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Let hash browns thaw about 1/2 hour. Mix all ingredients together. Top with cheese. Bake in 9x13 pan (uncovered) for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
