PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground hot pork sausage
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 pkg. Bixmix

Let sausage come to room temperature. Heat oven to 325 degrees. With hands combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl. Add Bixmix and blend in thoroughly. Roll into little marble sized balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, serve hot or cold. Makes 60 balls.
