REFRIED BEANS 
Cook and mash 2 cups beans - best with pinto beans. Add garlic salt to taste and 1 cup of your favorite taco or picante sauce. Heat 1/4 cup oil in large fry pan. Pour in bean mixture, fry until it begins to dry (to your preferred consistency). Serve with sour cream or use in tacos, taco salad, etc.
