STUFFED MUSHROOMS A LA' KATHRYN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. lg. mushrooms (stuffers)
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
8 oz. crab
Italian bread crumbs
12 tbsp. butter

Remove stems from mushrooms and mince. Mince onion and one clove garlic. Saute' the mushrooms, onion and garlic in 6 tablespoons butter. Remove from heat and add crab and enough bread crumbs to absorb butter and cling together. Add a small amount of Parmesan cheese. Stuff the mushroom caps. Melt remaining butter and mince one clove garlic into it. Drizzle over mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Watch carefully and remove when the mushrooms are soft. Yields 12 servings.

These are truly magnificent. Great for a party. Very impressive.
