CONGEALED CHICKEN LOAF 
1 hen
1 bottle olives
10 eggs
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. salad dressing
2 c. broth (fat removed)
2 pkgs. gelatin
3 stalks celery, chopped
Pimiento (opt.)
Garlic salt to taste
Grated onion to taste
Paprika, salt & pepper to taste

Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Boil eggs and chop. Add olives and celery, sliced. Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve in hot broth. Let cool. Add all other ingredients to chicken mixture, then stir into gelatin. When congealed, serve on lettuce leaves.
