CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. minced onion
2 1/2 c. red kidney beans (#2 can)
1 1/3 c. condensed tomato soup (whole can)
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. water

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain. Add kidney beans and soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Make a paste with chili powder, salt, flour, and water. Add to skillet. Simmer 45 minutes.
