PEPPERED CHEESE BALL 
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. fine herbs (Italian seasoning)
1 tsp. minced chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
2-3 tbsp. seasoned pepper
Plain or bacon flavored crackers

Mix cheeses, herbs, chives, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Shape into ball and slightly flatten 1 side. Spread pepper on waxed paper and roll ball until completely covered. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
