PORK CHOP LOAF 
6 pork chops
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. bread
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Brown pork chops. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender but not brown. Combine with bread cubes, salt, pepper, and parsley. Place a pork chop at one end of a loaf pan, fat side up. Alternate stuffing and chops, ending with a pork chop. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

(Pre-packaged stuffing may be substituted.)
