POPPY SEED CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. orange juice
3 tsp. pure almond extract
8 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Easy, just put everything in one large bowl and mix.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes; depends on your oven. Do not over cook; it should be moist.
