JAPANESE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen Oriental style
5 green onions, chopped
1 c. cashews or sunflower seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. shrimp or chicken

Brown broken Top Ramen noodles in 2 teaspoons vegetables oil. Remove noodles and add nuts and sesame seeds in remaining oil. Set aside on paper towel to cool. Combine cabbage with noodles, onion, nuts, and shrimp or chicken.

DRESSING:

1 pkg. Top Ramen seasoning
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Blend above ingredients and add enough vegetable oil to make 2/3 cup. 2 teaspoons sesame oil adds flavor but is optional. Pour dressing on salad just before serving. Toss gently.
