JAPANESE SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage
1 bundle green onions
1 (6 1/2 oz.) chicken, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) turkey, drained
1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles soup
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. Mauraken vinegar (rice vinegar)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt or Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar

I used an Italian vinegar, it also was good.

Chop or shred cabbage, chop onions, add chicken and turkey. Crunch up the dry Ramen noodles, add to cabbage mixture. Brown the almonds and sesame seeds, add to cabbage mixture.

Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and the seasoning packet from the noodles together. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Mix well. 8 to 10 servings.
