MIXTURE FOR GREASING - FLOURING
BAKING PANS
 
Equal Parts:

Vegetable shortening
Vegetable oil
Flour

Mix all of the above with an electric hand mixer. Mixture will be pastry. Apply liberally to baking pans with pastry brush.

Store remaining mixture in a covered container (such as Rubbermaid) and keep in the refrigerator. I usually make 1-1-1 and this goes a long way.
